Terms of use

These terms govern the use of the artefactoria.com website and the purchase of products from Artefactoria LLC.

1. General Provisions

1.1. By placing an order on the website, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1.2. The Company reserves the right to change these terms without prior notice.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. Order applications undergo verification. An order is considered accepted after successful verification and confirmation by a manager.

2.2. Prices on the website are listed in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH).

2.3. Payment is made via invoice after order confirmation.

2.4. Order fulfillment time consists of:

  • Application processing (up to 2 business days)
  • Preparation and shipping (1-2 business days after confirmation)
  • Nova Poshta delivery (1-3 business days)

Actual timeframes depend on the speed of communication during order verification.

3. Delivery

3.1. Delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta throughout Ukraine where the carrier operates.

3.2. Delivery cost is calculated according to Nova Poshta rates and is paid by the recipient.

3.3. Delivery time: usually 1-3 business days after shipment, depending on carrier operations.

4. Warranty and Returns

4.1. All products come with a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

4.2. Warranty does not cover:

  • Mechanical damage
  • Damage due to environmental exposure
  • Unauthorized tampering with the product design
  • Violation of operating conditions or misuse
  • Natural wear of power elements

4.3. Return of products of proper quality is possible within 14 days, provided the product appearance, completeness, and packaging are preserved.

5. Liability

5.1. The Company is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
  • Force majeure circumstances
  • Improper use of the product

5.2. The Company’s maximum liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All materials on the website (texts, images, logos) are the property of Artefactoria LLC.

6.2. The logos and name “Artefactoria” are registered trademarks protected by Ukrainian law.

6.3. Use of materials without written permission is prohibited.

7. Applicable Law

7.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.

7.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiations or in court at the Company’s location.
