Artefactoria LLC (hereinafter “Company”, “we”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data you provide to us.

1. What Data We Collect

When placing an order, we collect:

  • Contact information: first name, last name, phone number
  • Delivery information: city, Nova Poshta branch
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information

2. How We Use Your Data

Your personal data is used for:

  • Processing and fulfilling orders
  • Contacting you regarding order status
  • Arranging delivery via Nova Poshta
  • Improving the quality of our services
  • Complying with legal requirements

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies and Web Analytics

The website uses cookies and similar technologies in two categories:

  • Necessary — session and basic website functionality. Always active; the website does not work without them.
  • Analytics — enabled only after your consent in the cookie banner. No analytics script is loaded before you consent.

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited. It helps us understand how visitors use the website so that we can improve it.

What is sent to Google: anonymous usage data — page address and title, referral source, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, language, and the fact that actions such as opening or submitting the order form occurred. The IP address is used to determine the approximate location and is not stored in Google Analytics.

What is NOT sent: your name, phone number, email, or any text you type into forms. The list of parameters forwarded to Google is technically restricted on our side.

Google may process this data on its servers, including outside Ukraine and the European Union, in accordance with Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

How to opt out:

  • Decline consent in the cookie banner, or withdraw it in the cookie settings — collection stops.
  • Enable Do Not Track in your browser — analytics does not start at all, even with consent stored.
  • Install Google’s official Google Analytics opt-out add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Receive information about your personal data that we store
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data (except data we are required to retain under law)
